1. Agreement to terms

2. Service description

BizIdeasDB provides a curated database of researched business ideas that enables the following features:

  • Browse and search a growing database of vetted business ideas, SaaS concepts, and side hustles.
  • Filter opportunities by investment level, industry, time commitment, and scalability.
  • Access detailed execution frameworks, monetization strategies, and risk assessments for each idea.
  • Save and organize favorite ideas for later reference.
  • Export idea data to CSV or PDF, subject to your subscription plan's usage limits.

3. Account terms

3.1 Account creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account requirements

To create and maintain an account, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Provide valid contact and payment information.
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain accurate account information.
  • Protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription and payments

4.1 Pricing and billing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurring the charges.

4.2 Subscription terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis depending on your chosen plan.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

4.3 Refund policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Processing fees are non-refundable.

5. User responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use business idea content and research solely for your own personal or internal business planning purposes.
  • Ensure your profile image and any content you submit does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Maintain accurate payment and account information.
  • Use the service in good faith and as intended.
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or misuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to breach system or network security.
  • Resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit our business idea database or research content.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service.

7. Intellectual property

All business idea content, research, ratings, execution frameworks, and other materials available through BizIdeasDB ("Content") are owned by BizIdeasDB or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own personal or internal business research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent. Any avatar image or other material you submit to the Service remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service level agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a high level of service availability:

  • Target uptime of 99.9% measured monthly.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice.
  • Emergency maintenance as required for security or stability.
  • Support response within 24 business hours.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business idea content, ratings, investment estimates, and execution frameworks are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any business idea, and you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before acting on any information provided through the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizIdeasDB, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Fail to pay applicable fees.
  • Abuse the Service or other users.

12. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

  • Initial informal negotiation.
  • Mediation if negotiation fails.
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort.

13. Changes to terms
